Beautiful Fall Wedding at Grace Meadows Farm

From our very first time meeting, I knew Haley and Alex were the perfect AJPCouple. They were such a joy to work with for their engagement session. They just “get it”. Photographers know what I mean! They are so photogenic, and it makes our job so incredibly easy on the wedding day. There were moments when Haley looked like she walked right out of a bridal magazine and it seriously brought tears to my eyes! It could be the pregnancy hormones, but her beauty and her sweet spirit made this day a photographer’s dream!!!

I could go on and on about the details. The bracelet she wore was her mothers, the “Love Is” cards on the table were written by her students (SO CUTE!), the sangria flowers in the buckets of baby’s breath were picked by Alex the morning of the wedding (out of a neighbor’s garden!), and all of the emotions that day were unreal. Haley & Alex wrote each other the sweetest letters, they purchased gifts for each other (they were basically the same… I think they’re meant for each other!), and Haley gifted the sweetest handkerchiefs to their parents, which they used quite a bit!

As I was working on this blog post, I couldn’t help but think about how wedding images are one of the few things couples have left of their wedding day. Sometimes it hits me just how important our job is. Today is one of those days!! One day Haley and Alex are going to be celebrating their 25th, 50th and hopefully even a 60th wedding anniversary, and they are going to look back on the pictures that I captured for them! What an incredible honor! I love my job, and I love this sweet couple!

Enjoy my *many* favorites!!! Also, a huge thanks to Danielle for being such a big help and second shooting for me! This was an amazing wedding weekend!!

XOXO,
