So. I shot a wedding today with WOLVES howling in the background.

Okay, let me back up. In Kingsport, TN there is a planetarium called Bays Mountain Park & Planetarium. This sweet couple, Anissa & Nathan, decided to get married in a pavilion on the water. It was a beautiful day for a wedding. They were calling for rain, but thankfully it held off. It was a breezy 70 degrees!

Nathan & Anissa did their first look right outside of the Nature Center & Planetarium. I absolutely love all of the Red Buds that are blooming outside right now 😍

Also, It took me about 30 minutes to realize that Anissa has purple highlights in her hair! I think it’s safe to say purple is her favorite color 😉

This is where Anissa & Nathan tied the knot! Isn’t it perfect?! It’s about a 3-5 minute walk from the Planetarium, and so totally worth it! This is Lily Pad Cove…right past the Bob Cat Habitat & right before you get to the Otters, of course!

Funny story, this pretty lady in the lavender is a good friend of mine from college. She is the reason Anissa found me! They’ve been best friends for years (Obviously!), and it shows.

I didn’t get a chance to taste the cake, but it looked so tasty! And how cute are these wedding favors?! I totally meant to grab one before I left, because who doesn’t love flowers, but I forgot it 🙁

 

 

I always try to grab a quick picture with my #AJPCouples before I leave, but I never put them in the blog! I really need to start doing this more ❤️

Just please ignore the fact that I look like a trash can. I can never convince myself to put make-up on before weddings, because I know I’ll just sweat it off 🤷🏻‍♀️
