There are so many things I could say about this couple, their venue, their day, and about their story. But Iโll start with thisโฆ. Micheala & Caleb are amazing people. From the moment I met them at The Pink Bride in Kingsport this February, I just knew I had to shoot their wedding. It is very rare that the groom comes to the bridal show with his bride. I knew when I saw Caleb holding Micheala’s hand through the madness that is a bridal show, that he was a keeper. We talked about their details and decided we needed to meet up and discuss their day. We met at a coffee shop in Jonesborough and it seriously felt like I was just hanging out with my friends!
Their love for people is so vibrant. It’s very apparent that they love EVERYONE deeply. During family formals, their smiles didn’t stop. Throughout the entire reception, everyone they said hello to, you would have thought was was their BEST FRIENDS! Both Caleb and Micheala make everyone feel loved, included and important and they do it in such a genuine way!!
Their bridal party is just as sweet as they are. From the moment I walked into their hotel room, the girls all made me feel welcome. I always love asking how the girls know the bride, and they had all known her for YEARS! Two of them for over 10 years, since high school! The guys were all Caleb’s buddies, you could tell they could cause some trouble together. Haha!
It was such an honor to be a part of this beautiful day. It was a southern dream and it was a joy to be a part of! Enjoy my favorites of the day and join me in congratulating these newlyweds!!!!
XOXO,
Alissa Moore
